Fractora Claims

Suffering from negligent fractional radio-frequency anti-ageing treatment? Call Michael Saul Today

Fractora Treatments

Fractora is a fractional radio-frequency anti-ageing treatment which attempts to produce a more radiant-seeming appearance for a patient’s skin tone and texture. Used as an anti-ageing treatment for areas that have fine or deep wrinkles, scars or discoloured skin tone, Fractora commonly treats a patient’s eyelids, cheeks, mouth and neck. During a Fractora treatment, a small handle is placed against the skin and radiofrequency energy passed through a series of tiny bipolar pins. The skin is thus heated and tiny holes are created that the body repairs naturally.

If a Fractora procedure goes wrong however and the cosmetic surgeon or clinic has made an error in procedure during this bad Fractora treatment then a legal firm of cosmetic surgery solicitors can claim on your behalf for Fractora negligence. Substantial compensation can be awarded to help you recover from a Fractora procedure gone wrong.

Fractora Increasing in the UK

As people age, their skin loses volume, elasticity and becomes thinner and drier. With less elasticity in the skin, the effects of gravity become more obvious. While cosmetic surgery patients have used different anti-ageing treatments to combat these signs of ageing like chemical peels and dermal fillers, the use of treatments like Fractora is also increasing in popularity. For more on dermal fillers, click here for Cosmetic Surgery Solicitors’ guide to dermal fillers.

While radio-frequency treatment has been used in medical procedures for many years, its use in cosmetic surgery is relatively new and when a Fractora treatment goes wrong, the resulting distress for the patient can be severe.

If you’ve been suffering with pain or depression since having bad Fractora treatment, call Cosmetic Surgery Solicitors, the first legal practice in England & Wales set up for victims of cosmetic surgery negligence. The Fractora Procedure

Fractora treatment is done under a local anaesthetic and uses radio-frequency or RF energy to heat the skin in an attempt to stimulate the skin’s production of elastin and collagen and thereby improve the appearance of the skin. A small probe with micro needles is held against the patient’s skin to deliver RF energy to the skin. The heat thus generated by the needles in the sub-dermal tissue aims to promote collagen restructuring for skin rejuvenation and an improved appearance in the skin.
