Mrs K had injections of fillers into lines and wrinkles around her eyes and mouth which left her with marked lumps in these areas.

It was our case that Mrs K’s treatment was negligent as her doctor:

• failed to discuss alternative treatment options;
• failed to warn Mrs K of the risk of long term lump formation; and
• carried out the injections badly, causing the formation of the lumps.

We successfully recovered £12,500 by the way of damages for Mrs K, representing recompense for her physical and psychological injuries and the cost of corrective treatment.
