Case Study – Zoe

Zoe underwent liposuction to the stomach and breast augmentation surgery which went wrong, leaving Zoe with numerous injuries that required correction.

We successfully represented Zoe following liposuction to the stomach and breast augmentation surgery.

It was our case that Zoe’s treatment was negligent as her surgeon:

• Removed excessive fat during the liposuction from some areas of the abdomen and failed to remove fat from others.
• Produced excessive and unacceptable unevenness and hollowing in the abdomen.
• Failed to advise Zoe that she required breast uplift surgery rather than simple augmentation.
• By performing simple augmentation, caused the droopiness of Zoe’s breasts to increase.

We successfully recovered £22500 by way or recompense for Zoe’s injuries and the cost of corrective surgery required in the future.
